Keep your Blaze working at its best
A few simple habits will protect your bottle, preserve its waterproofing and keep its readings accurate.
Important
Keep the plug attached around water
Never submerge or wash Blaze while the silicone plug is open, loose or removed. Make sure it is fully attached and securely closed before the product comes into contact with water.
Important
Never put Blaze in a dishwasher
Dishwasher heat, pressure and detergent can damage the electronics, seals and finish. Clean the product only using the approved care method.
Important
Update capacity after every refill
Water consumption tracking will not work when the water capacity is set to 0%. After refilling the bottle, manually update its water capacity so tracking can resume correctly.
Dry the charging area first
Before charging, confirm that the charging area, silicone plug and surrounding surfaces are completely clean and dry.
Avoid drops and unnecessary force
Handle Blaze like an electronic device. Strong impacts can affect the touchscreen, sensors, seals and internal components even when no exterior damage is visible.
Care tip
Please make sure the battery icon in settings section is toggled off when adjusting the brightness slider. Conversely, please do not restart the bottle while charging, otherwise the time will reset.
